Boquete Garden Inn
Thirteen garden rooms in Boquete, where breakfast draws over a hundred bird species
Skip to product information
Set into gardens that draw more than 100 recorded bird species, Boquete Garden Inn treats its grounds as the main event, not a backdrop. The breakfast patio, open each morning from 8am to 10am, is the clearest expression of this: guests eat a hot three-course meal while tanagers and hummingbirds work the plantings a few feet away. The property holds seven cabanas set two storeys each, 13 rooms in total, arranged so that most units open onto a private terrace facing the garden rather than a car park or corridor. Rooms function as small apartments. Each has a kitchenette, a dining area, and an en-suite bathroom with hot water, a detail the inn notes is not universal in the region. The King Studio adds a full kitchen and a sofa bed, sleeping up to three. The Family Room pairs a queen bed with a bunk, for children four and over. Bar Diablicos runs a social hour each evening from 6pm to 7pm, with one drink included per guest at check-in. It is a compact stay. The inn sits a two-minute drive from Bajo Boquete's centre, or a 25-minute walk, close enough for restaurants without any traffic noise reaching the terraces. Staff arrange tours to the surrounding volcano trails and coffee farms directly from the front desk.
