Boutique Hotel Villa Beatika

Villa Beatika is a 1932 house on high ground above Český Krumlov, set in a quiet residential pocket at the edge of the park. The old town's square, Náměstí Svornosti, is an 8-minute walk downhill. Redesigned and refurbished in 2013, the villa keeps its original footprint but not its original interiors. Ten rooms, each named for a music star and furnished individually, come with air conditioning, a bath or shower room, a minibar and a Nespresso machine. The garden, its terrace and a pergola face the old town and the castle and chateau complex beyond it; the view runs across rooftops to the ramparts. It is a compact stay, and a personal one — the reception arranges canoe and bike hire, horse riding, theatre tickets and restaurant bookings, and can put together transfers from the station or airport. A sauna and Thai massage are available at a sister hotel a short walk or five-minute drive away. Six parking spaces sit behind the villa, free and unreserved. The hotel takes no dogs or cats. Breakfast runs from 8 to 10am, and check-in starts at 3pm. For weddings, the whole villa can be booked out, garden and restaurant together seating up to forty across both spaces, with the evening left to run at its own pace into the following morning.
