An à la carte restaurant serving authentic Karoo dishes made with local, fresh produce, alongside a wine list drawn from Route 62, South Africa's longest wine route. The dining room extends onto a wooden deck overlooking a five-hectare waterhole home to hippo, turtles and large fish, with a chance of spotting elephants and other game on the far bank. Breakfast is served as a full buffet each morning, and the à la carte menu runs at midday and in the evening, with options for meat eaters, vegetarians and gluten-intolerant guests. The space also hosts functions for up to one hundred and twenty guests indoors, with a grand piano and fireplace.
