Caille Blanc Villa & Hotel

Caille Blanc is a six-suite hotel set into a cliff above Soufrière, built around a 65-foot infinity pool and waterfall that face the Pitons and the Caribbean Sea. It began as a private home, and the two-bedroom villa its founder first saw on a drive through the area still shapes the property's scale: intimate, individually furnished, closer in feel to a house than a hotel. Each of the six suites has its own character, from hand-carved four-poster beds and mosquito netting to a fitted kitchen in the largest of them. All face either the ocean or the mountains. A carved stair leads down to a snorkel cove tucked beneath the property. You can hear the waves from there before you see them. The Pavilion Restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner cliffside, with live music several evenings a week and an adults-only, reservations-required policy. Transport runs free from Soufrière town. Staffing runs around the clock, with housekeeping each morning and a security team on from evening through morning. Guests can book the property whole for a wedding, retreat or private event, with dining built around their own menu rather than a fixed one. Beaches with reef diving lie a short drive away.
