Lunch offers a varied menu of dishes across both culinary traditions. In the evening, service shifts to a flying buffet format, where courses are brought to the table rather than served from a central spread. A wide drinks selection runs throughout the day. On Thursdays, the Kodnwanr band plays live music from seven in the evening, giving the restaurant a livelier tempo than its daytime service.
