Cap Estel Hotel
Arriving at the tip of a two-hectare private peninsula in Èze-Bord-de-Mer, guests find 20 rooms and suites distributed across four named buildings: Le Cap in the manor house, La Mer at the water's edge, Les Jardins set among the gardens, and Le Parc on the cliff above the sea. The hotel occupies a promontory that reaches into the Mediterranean, 10 minutes from Monaco and Beaulieu-sur-Mer. Fountains and cascades run through the grounds; you can hear water against rock from the terraces.
La Table du Cap Estel holds one Michelin star under chef Kévin Garcia. The ground-floor dining room in the manor house pairs black-and-white marble with floor-to-ceiling glass facing the water; in summer the restaurant moves to the terrace. Garcia's menu draws on the estate's aromatic garden—estragon, thyme, wild fennel—and daily fish from the coast. Le Ficus, the poolside restaurant, serves wood-fired grills, shared plates, and Mediterranean salads from May to September, open without interruption from 12h30 to 22h. The Bar Lounge operates around the fireplace in winter and on the upper terrace in warm months.
Two pools overlook the sea: an outdoor infinity pool with salt water at the point of the peninsula, where the pool edge meets the horizon, and an indoor heated pool inside the Spa by Sothys, suspended above the Mediterranean. The spa is carved into the rock and offers Sothys treatments in two cabins, plus sauna, hammam, and a relaxation room. A private tennis court hangs above the water. The fitness studio holds Life Fitness cardio and strength equipment. A private beach lies below La Mer building. Guests can arrange yoga in the gardens, snorkelling from the beach, or matches on the pétanque pitch. The hotel is open to outside spa guests for half-day or full-day bookings.
