Cargo Remote
Set into a hillside above Mui Ne's coast, Cargo Remote is built almost entirely from repurposed shipping containers, arranged across a slope that runs down toward the sea. A golf cart service handles the gradient between rooms and communal areas, since the terrain climbs steeply in places. Studio Rooms sit beneath a shared green roof, open-sided and light-filled, sleeping up to six on ground level and mezzanine combined. Container Bungalows go further into the sustainable-build idea: each converted from a 20-foot unit, with a private deck, an open-air bathroom, and room for up to four guests plus pets. The Penthouse Suite takes the high ground. It spans two levels at the resort's top point, with wide balconies facing the bay and hills, and sleeps up to ten. At the centre of the property, a natural pool runs on biological filtration rather than chlorine, ringed by greenery with small fish visible in the water. Beyond the gate, Mui Ne's red and white sand dunes, the Fairy Stream, and a working fishing village are all within easy reach, along with kitesurfing along the bay. Wellness treatments run on request rather than a set timetable. It is a compact stay, built for slow mornings and salt air.
