Chena Hot Springs Resort
Chena Hot Springs Resort is located approximately 60 miles northeast of Fairbanks at Mile 56.5 and offers some of the most scenic drives in Alaska, en-route from downtown Fairbanks. The over 100-year-old resort provides 80 lodge rooms and 8 dry cabins. In addition, there are self-sufficient camping and Mongolian-style yurt tents accommodation. For campers, there are marked sites in the main campground for RVs or tents and camping sites available close to the yurts.
Facilities include the hot springs lake, indoor swimming pools and hot tubs, a restaurant with a lounge and an ice museum. Chena is open year-round and offers extensive seasonal activities including aurora viewing, dog mushing, ice sculpting classes, ice museum tours, canoeing, ATV tours, fishing and flightseeing.
