Cheval Maison – The Palm Dubai is set on the Golden Mile, the western strip of Palm Jumeirah, ten floors above the man-made island's curve of low-rise residences. The property is all-apartment, with 131 one-, two- and three-bedroom units and a single penthouse on the top floor. Kitchens are fully equipped in every apartment, and most open onto a private balcony or terrace facing the skyline. Bedrooms carry smart TVs and high-quality linens. A rooftop pool looks over the Palm, paired with a 24-hour gym and a ground-floor restaurant serving from breakfast through dinner. Drinks can be ordered poolside. The Palm Monorail stop is a minute's walk, linking to Nakheel Mall and, further on, the metro into central Dubai. Beach access runs through Riva Beach Club, a seven-minute walk away, for an added charge. Underground parking is available on-site. Pets are welcome, up to two per apartment, with a welcome kit of bed, bowl and treats on arrival. Reception runs around the clock, and staff handle restaurant bookings, transport and deliveries. Opened in 2023, it was the first Cheval Collection property built outside the United Kingdom. The set-up suits a week by the pool as easily as a longer relocation stay, with contracts flexible enough to run to several months.
