The property is central to trendy restaurants, shops and beaches, yet situated in a tranquil area which boasts spectacular views of the city.

The villa sleeps four guests in two bedrooms. The main bedroom and second bedroom each has twin beds which convert into a comfortable king-size bed. An optional single bed can be added to the study for a family of five. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower. The bathroom to the second bedroom is across the hall and also has a bath and shower. Both bedrooms have plenty of cupboard space.

Bright House boasts a spacious lounge area which leads to the fully equipped open plan kitchen and dining area with an eight seater table. A balcony leads off the lounge area and has spectacular views of Signal Hill and city. The outside table seats up to four guests. There is an outside courtyard with a water feature at the front of the property, a tranquil area which offers a view on Lions Head and space for reflection.
