Afternoon Game Drive followed by Sundowner time and Night drive
Afternoon game drive, sundowner, then lions under spotlight at night
Skip to product information
After afternoon tea, guides head into a different section of South Luangwa National Park, tracking whatever the day offers: wild dogs on the move, elephant families crossing the road, or a lion pride at a kill. As the sun drops, the vehicle stops for a sundowner in the bush. Darkness brings the night drive, when a spotter picks out nocturnal activity with a handheld light. South Luangwa is one of the few places in Africa where lions and leopards can be watched hunting after dark, alongside civets, genets and porcupines.
