Clarion Hotel Prague City is a small hotel built around a single, practical idea: put guests close enough to walk into old Prague and near enough to the metro to reach the rest of it. It stands on Tylovo náměstí, a few minutes from the I. P. Pavlova tram and metro stop on line C. From there it is a ten-minute walk to the National Museum and the wide sweep of Wenceslas Square, and a further stroll to the Old Town Square with its astronomical clock and Týn Church. The hotel holds 64 rooms across two categories, superior singles at 25 m2 and superior doubles at 26 m2, each with air conditioning, a safe, a fridge, and kit for making coffee and tea. Bathrooms come with a bath and hair dryer. It is a compact stay. Reception runs 24 hours, and the ground floor adds a lobby bar for coffee or a drink and an in-house hair salon for a trim or blow-dry. Concierge staff handle tickets, transfers, restaurant bookings and courier post, useful groundwork for a stay built around sightseeing rather than lounging. Check-in runs from 2pm and check-out is by noon. The hotel is non-smoking throughout, with Wi-Fi free across the building.
