Coco Komba Lodge
Five stilted bungalows lean over a quiet cove on Nosy Komba
Skip to product information
Set on stilts above a sheltered cove on Nosy Komba, Coco Komba Lodge faces open water and a private stretch of beach roughly twenty minutes by boat from Nosy Be and Ankify. The island stays free of any road traffic, reached only by sea, and the lodge keeps just five bungalows, each roofed in traditional Ravinala thatch and fitted with a mosquito net, fan, safe and tiled bathroom. Coco 1 sits nearest the restaurant, Coco 2 closest to the water, Coco 3 holds the widest terrace, and Coco 4 stands back among the garden's tropical planting. Guests choose fruit straight from the trees on the property. The restaurant opens onto the sea and looks toward Nosy Tanikely at sunset, its kitchen built around a single daily menu of local, organic produce, wild-caught fish and mountain honey. There is a reading corner and a terrace for evening drinks. Wi-Fi reaches the whole property, and the front desk runs around the clock. It is a compact stay, built for slow days rather than schedules, with the surrounding water and forested slopes standing in for any list of amenities.
