Columbus Hotel

Hotel Columbus is a small hotel built around a colonial theme, its rooms furnished in dark wood and set across four floors in Kraków's Kazimierz Quarter. The district itself carries real weight: its old streets and squares, along with the Wawel hill and the historic centre nearby, were added to the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1978. The hotel has thirty-two rooms in total, split between double, twin and one family room with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Standard doubles run to about 17 m², with twins slightly larger at 19 m². Each room carries a flat-screen television, minibar and key-card access, and a pair of water bottles is left daily. It is a compact stay. Downstairs, a ground-floor conference room opens onto the garden and takes daylight through its windows, useful for meetings of up to forty-five people. Outside, Kazimierz unfolds in bars, restaurants and galleries within a few minutes' walk, and the Vistula boulevards lie close enough for an evening stroll. You can reach the Main Market Square and Wawel Castle on foot in around fifteen minutes. The hotel keeps a front desk staffed around the clock, along with laundry and luggage services for guests moving between meetings and sightseeing.
