Corbett Mango Bloom Resort

Set on the bank of the Kosi River inside Jim Corbett National Park, Mango Bloom River Resort looks out over water on one side and the Himalayan foothills on the other. The grounds are landscaped and green, with twenty rooms and suites arranged across the property. Rooms come in four types. The Pine Room and Cedar Room run to around 144 and 289 square feet; the Oak Room extends to 340 square feet, and the Palm Suite, the largest, spans 400 square feet with a separate living area and a balcony facing the river. Most rooms open onto views of the hills, the garden or the pool; the Palm Suite adds a direct look at the Kosi itself. A multi-cuisine restaurant serves Kumaoni, North Indian and continental dishes, drawing on local produce. Guests can swim in the outdoor pool, book a spa treatment, or walk the riverside deck at dusk. There is a gym, a library and a game room for slower hours. The resort also hosts weddings and functions, with the river and hills as a backdrop. It is a short drive from the sightseeing routes into Corbett's forest ranges. Rooms are non-smoking throughout, with USB charging points and broadband access as standard.
