Delaire Graff Lodges & Spa

Delaire Graff Estate sits on the Helshoogte Pass above Stellenbosch, where the views from the lodges cross the estate vineyards and reach the Simonsberg range and, from some rooms, Table Mountain. The sixteen lodges and one four-bedroom villa were designed by David Collins Studio and are spread across the estate in four categories — Garden, Luxury, Superior, and Presidential — ranging from seventy to one hundred and thirty square metres, plus the six-hundred-and-sixty square metre Owner's Villa.

Every lodge has a private heated pool, a wet bar stocked with local treats including artisanal gin and handmade chocolates, en-suite bathroom, and access to a pillow menu. The six Superior Lodges can be interconnected, which suits families. Both Presidential Lodges hold two bedrooms and a twelve-metre pool; the first has a log fireplace and views toward Table Mountain, the second faces Simonsberg Peak. Breakfast is served at Hōseki, the estate's Japanese restaurant, or brought to your lodge.

The spa has five treatment suites and uses products from Augustinus Bader and other brands. Lodge and villa guests have exclusive access to a twenty-two-metre heated swimming pool and a gym. On the estate you can also dine at Delaire Graff Restaurant, taste estate wines in the Wine Lounge, and walk through a collection of over four hundred artworks and sculptures assembled by owner Laurence Graff. Franschhoek is a twenty-minute drive; Stellenbosch town is closer still.
