Guests arrive at the top end of Crikvenica, on a slope with the Kvarner Bay laid out below. Three two-storey houses stand side by side on a single walled plot of 930 m², sharing a garden, a wooden grill, and a heated saltwater pool measuring 8 by 4 metres. Each house runs independently, with its own kitchen, living room, and terrace, so a family or group can take one unit or all three without sharing a front door. Between them there are ten rooms in total: seven bedrooms and three living rooms, plus nine bathrooms, each with shower, basin, and WC. Every bedroom has its own air conditioning, satellite TV, and en suite bathroom. Upstairs balconies on all three houses face the water and, on clear days, the outline of Krk. The sea itself lies about 700 metres away, downhill; the walk back is steeper, and a bus stop sits a hundred metres from the gate for anyone who prefers not to climb. Shops, a marina, and restaurants are all within a kilometre. Wi-fi reaches the garden as well as the rooms. Parking is arranged for five cars behind the wall, and the whole property runs as a no-smoking, no-pet stay. Check-out in peak season is by 10am.
