DiliJazz Hotel and Restaurant
DiliJazz Hotel & Restaurant is set in central Dilijan, on the road leading to Haghartsin Monastery, in Armenia's Tavush province. The hotel opened in December 2019 and sits among forested hills that give the town its name as a hill station of sorts. Rooms range from Standard to Deluxe Superior and Duplex, and beyond the main building stand three chalet types, the largest a two-bedroom unit of 70 m². Each room carries a 40-inch smart television, air conditioning, a safety box and a kettle with complimentary tea and coffee. The restaurant works independently of the hotel and welcomes outside guests too. Its kitchen runs Armenian and European dishes side by side, with breakfast built around local cheese, yoghurt and preserves alongside fresh juice and coffee. In the evening the dining room turns toward its namesake: live jazz, played by touring musicians, runs most nights across both the indoor room and an outdoor terrace. Wine lists lean on Armenian labels, with a smaller selection from abroad. A front desk operates around the clock, and the hotel handles small conferences and private events on request. It is a compact, modern base for travellers using Dilijan to reach the monastery and the surrounding hills, with the restaurant's live sets giving the stay its clearest identity after dark.
