Set on the site of a former riding club in Cala d'Or, Eques Petit Resort keeps the name of the stables it replaced. The village beach lies a seven-minute walk away, and the marina, lined with yachts and harbourside restaurants, sits close by. Coves ring the coastline in both directions: Cala Gran for pedal boats and snorkelling, Cala Esmeralda for its green-tinted water, Cala Serena tucked between rock outcrops for those who want quiet. The resort itself covers almost 16,000 m² of garden and courtyard, built in the cubic, white-walled style of Ibiza's countryside houses. It was fully refurbished in 2020. Fifty-nine rooms and suites are spread across the grounds; the suites run to 42 m² with a 30 m² terrace and a Balinese-style bed, all on the first floor. A beach-style pool anchors the gardens, ringed by sun loungers and chill-out corners. Three food and drink venues serve the property, including a restaurant using vegetables grown on-site. There is a small gym, a tennis court, and a wellness area with sauna and jacuzzi. It is pet friendly. From the pool terrace you can hear the palm trees rustle before you see the sea, half a mile beyond the garden wall.
