Exótica Boutique Hotel

Set in the centre of Praia da Pipa, on Brazil's Rio Grande do Norte coast, Exótica Boutique Hotel keeps its footprint small: nine suites across five categories. Rooms carry Smart TVs, air conditioning, a minibar and Wi-Fi as standard, with the higher categories adding a soaking tub or a private balcony. Deluxe Sea View suites face the Atlantic directly. Superior Sea View rooms sit at the hotel's highest point, looking out over the ocean and the forest that surrounds Pipa. The Master Pool View suite is ground floor, opening straight onto the pool, jacuzzi and sauna area, and is built with step-free access for guests with mobility needs. Executive Garden View suites face a private garden instead, each with its own outdoor table and balcony. The Exotica suite, mid-property, has two verandas and direct access to the restaurant below. Meals run from breakfast through lunch and dinner, with a bar and lounge serving cocktails in the evening. A small boutique shop on site carries pieces from independent designers.
