Factoría Hotel

Factoria Hotel is a four-storey building on Dr. Francisco Morra street in Asunción, eight kilometres from Silvio Pettirossi International Airport. It opened in 2015 inside a structure recast from an earlier era, its rooms arranged over four floors around a central garden view. Fifteen rooms and two lofts make up the property, split across four categories: Senior Executive, Premier Suite, Suite Loft and Masters Suite. Interiors mix furniture and details from an earlier century with more current fittings; each room carries air conditioning, a flat-screen television and Wi-Fi. The garden also hosts weddings and outdoor events, while the Ofelia room and a second meeting space called Sala Roja are set aside for conferences and banquets. It is a compact hotel, built for both business stays and slower weekend visits. Guests can hear music drifting from the bar into the garden after dark. Parking is free. Check-in for day-use packages runs from midday, with full overnight stays following the hotel's standard arrival times.
