Set on the Route Nationale 36 in Ben Aknoun, above the capital, Ferdi Lilly rises fourteen floors over the district's church square. The hotel is built for both business travellers and families, with a gym and conference rooms alongside its guest floors. Rooms run from Standard and Club categories through Twin rooms to Junior and Senior suites, each fitted with air conditioning, a safe, an espresso machine, and a minibar. Its lower level holds two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a living and dining area behind glass walls that face the city.
