FIVE Palm Jumeirah

FIVE Palm Jumeirah is a beachfront hotel at the tip of Dubai's man-made Palm Jumeirah, facing the Dubai Marina skyline across open water. The building runs to 480 rooms, suites, residences and villas, ranging from a 38 m² Superior room to a five-bedroom penthouse duplex spanning 1,300 m². Floor-to-ceiling windows are standard across categories, and most rooms carry a private balcony facing the sea or marina. The private beach runs 150 metres along the shore. Several suites and villas add their own pool: the two-bedroom penthouse has a private terrace pool overlooking the Gulf, while the larger beach villas run to 1,142 m² with their own gardens and pools. Multiple restaurants operate on site, including an Italian kitchen recognised by the Michelin Guide in 2024 and a rooftop club ranked first in the Middle East by DJ Mag. A cigar lounge and several bars sit alongside the pools and nightclub. It is a busy build.
