Fowl Cay Resort

Fowl Cay is a private island in the Exuma Cays, ringed by six oceanfront villas set on its low ridges and points. Each faces open water, with a beach with a view toward the Swimming Pigs and a short boat ride to Thunderball Grotto and the Staniel Cay Yacht Club. Lindon sits on a low ridge above North Beach, built for two, with a back terrace and hammock over the sand. Birdcage is split-level, with a private pool, French doors onto furnished terraces, and steps down to its own dock. Starlight and Seabreeze are treehouse-style, three buildings apiece linked by wooden decks, set on the island's highest ground. Bluemoon and Sweetwater are matching three-bedroom villas on smaller ridges at either end of North Beach, each with a covered veranda and a patio over the water.

Every villa comes with a fully stocked kitchen and its own powerboat, fuel included, for exploring the surrounding cays. Meals and drinks run at no extra charge, in the villa or at the Hill House restaurant, where cocktail hour starts at 6:30pm. Staff give a boat orientation on arrival and hand over charts for the water. Fishing gear, snorkel kit, kayaks, and a tennis court are all on hand. Check-in runs from 3pm.
