Fusion Suites Vũng Tàu
A stack of ten sky pools rises over Vietnam's coast at Fusion Suites
This is one of the newer additions to the Fusion Resorts group, built up rather than out on a compact site in the coastal city of Vung Tau. The result is a tower stay rather than a low-slung resort: ten pools climb the building from the tenth floor to the roof, each one an infinity edge facing the water or the rooftops below. Suites start at 37 m² with a city view and run up to a three-bedroom apartment of 155 m² on the highest floor, each with its own access to one of the sky pools. Balcony rooms face the ocean directly. Deluxe suites add a Fusion bathtub, and the apartments come with a kitchenette and separate lounge for longer stays. Spa treatments are included daily at Maia Spa, on the second and third floors, alongside an infrared sauna and a hydrotherapy pool worked by jets. Fresh, the restaurant on the 19th floor, serves Vietnamese and international dishes built around seafood landed that day. You can watch the sunset from the bar just above it, or the rooftop pool bar one floor up. The front beach is a hundred metres away. Ho Chi Minh City is under two hours by road, which keeps the hotel busy with weekend arrivals as much as longer stays.
