Goldstück

Reworked from a small guesthouse into a boutique hotel focused on design and quiet scale, Goldstück keeps to just 28 double rooms in the Jausern district of Saalbach. It is adults-only, open to guests aged 16 and over, and built on the idea that fewer rooms mean fewer compromises. Each room comes with a rain shower, a Nespresso machine and a smart TV; four categories add a kitchenette, and the two signature rooms, Grand Madlen and Andis Loft, get their own outdoor bathtub and sauna on the loggia. You can hear cowbells from the sun terrace in summer. A newer addition, the Wonnendeck, doubles as a poolside lounge and a seminar room, seating up to 40 people for workshops, retreats or private events. Breakfast runs long, with an optional dinner service built around a daily vegetarian dish and fresh salads. The house bar stays open into the evening for cocktails and snacks. Skiing starts close by: the Schönleitenbahn lift is roughly 400 metres away, with the ski bus stopping right outside. Parking is free, including electric charging points in the garage.
