Community Visits

A guided outing to the settlements neighbouring the park, led by staff who often grew up in them. Guests meet residents, see how daily life is organised, and learn about local customs passed down through generations. The visit covers park-backed projects working with these communities, among them clubs that support girls' schooling and programmes helping preschool-age children get an early start. Part of every stay's cost goes toward a community levy, so the visit itself feeds directly into these efforts. It's a chance to understand the human side of a landscape better known for its wildlife.
