Hedon Spa & Hotel
A quiet, adults-focused spa hotel set into Pärnu's old mud-bath building

The lobby sits inside a mud-bath building with a history that shows in its bones, even where the wings around it are new. Hedon SPA & Hotel occupies this stretch of Pärnu beach with 68 rooms split between the original structure and a contemporary block, and every room in the newer wing opens onto its own balcony. Standard rooms face the park or courtyard; superior rooms look out to sea. Robes, slippers and a spa bag with a spare towel wait in each room, a small signal of where the property expects you to spend your afternoon. The spa itself runs on two tracks: a bathing hall open to all guests, including children by day, and a silent spa reserved for those over sixteen, arranged as a slow circuit of saunas, plunge pools and warm-water rooms. It is a compact, adult-leaning retreat rather than a resort. Two restaurants handle food on site. The building holds a Green Key environmental certificate, awarded in 2018, and the kitchen leans on local ingredients. Pine trees edge the dunes outside, and the sea is close enough to reach the water's murmur from the terrace.
