Hiking Trails around Mahe Island

We offer several guided hikes around the island:

The Copolia Hike; Located in the Morne Seychellois National Park, leads up to the 497-metre-high Copolia. The trail leads you onto a plateau, from which you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of the Sainte Anne Marine National Park. It takes about an hour and a half to complete.

The Cassedent is a long hiking trail that is well known for its waterfall and cave at the end. On the way you'll visit a viewpoint that looks out to the West of the island. The hike takes 2 to 3 hours.

The Dans Gallas trail is one of the more demanding hikes. If you are up fora challenge, this hike is for you. This short, but steep trail offers panoramic views of Beau Vallon. The hike takes about 2.5 hours.

The Anse Major trail leads you to one of the most beautiful, secluded beaches on the island. On the way you'll climb over rocks and through the forest. The hike takes about 1 hour each way.

The Mare Aux Cochons trail is one of the longest hikes, it takes around 7hours to complete. The trail has a broad range of flora and fauna and has some spectacular views of the north coast of Mahe.
