Historic Hat Creek

Historic Hat Creek is located on one of the few sections of the original Cariboo Wagon Roads in British Columbia, Canada. The ranch is stretched over 130 hectares with buildings standing as they did in 1901 of which some were built as early as 1860. Between 1885 and 1905, Historic Hat Creek witnessed the busiest era of transportation along the road, serving the needs of freight wagons and passengers of the B.C. Express line. Activities include touring the roadhouse, riding the BX stagecoach, feeding animals and watching a woodshop demo. Accommodation options are available as well as a restaurant. and a gift shop.
