Hotel 71 is a 56-room hotel set on Shaheed Syed Nazrul Islam Sarani in Dhaka's Bijoy Nagar area, close to the older quarters of the city. Rooms range from the Premier Single, a compact 250-square-foot option with a single bed, to the Royal Suite, which carries a king bed and a flat-screen television across 760 square feet. The Deluxe Twin sleeps two across 280 square feet. Every room includes Wi-Fi, tea and coffee facilities and a safe, and the hotel adds a gym, a business centre and a conference room. It is a compact stay. Guests reach Kawran Bazar, Motijheel and Gulshan within a short drive, and Bailey Road's cafes and restaurants lie a five-minute rickshaw ride away. The hotel runs seven eating and drinking outlets in total, including three cafes, two bars and two restaurants, among them Swadhika, which serves Thai, Chinese, Indian, French and Italian dishes alongside local cooking.
