Hotel de Borgh
A restaurant and grand café share one warm dining room in Zevenbergen
Skip to product information
Warm colours and a shift in floor levels give the dining room its main character. Hotel en Restaurant De Borgh combines a restaurant and grand café under one roof in the centre of Zevenbergen, a small town in the Moerdijk municipality of Noord-Brabant. The building holds thirty guest rooms, each with a boxspring bed, a private bathroom, a flatscreen with Netflix login, free Wi-Fi, and tea and coffee facilities. Breakfast is served buffet-style in the restaurant or, weather permitting, on the terrace outside. The kitchen changes its menu regularly to follow the seasons and buys ingredients locally where it can. Dishes run from carpaccio and spare ribs to chateaubriand, with vegetarian options always on the card, and several beers on tap alongside a wine list. The terrace is fitted with windscreens, so guests can sit outside even on breezier days. It is a short walk from the shops and cafés of the old centre, and about ten minutes by car from Moerdijk harbour, with the A16 and A17 motorways close by. Antwerp, Breda, Roosendaal and Rotterdam are all within half an hour's drive, and Zevenbergen's own railway station lies 500 metres away. The hotel also arranges bicycle hire and keeps meeting rooms and flexible workspaces for business guests. Check-in details are handled directly with reception.
