Hotel Grami

Hotel Grami is a family-run hotel in the Gramadeto district of Bansko, 400 metres from the gondola's base station and a 10-minute walk from the town centre. Petar and Desislava Popovski, who between them bring over 20 years in hospitality and skiing, run the place themselves. Petar, a former food and beverage manager for hotel chains at home and abroad, now cooks the breakfasts and dinners served in the restaurant, which spans two halls seating up to 75. Desislava, once a ski instructor, oversees the finer details of the stay. Rooms range from a standard double at 17 m² to a two-room apartment of 40 m² sleeping four, each with satellite TV and Wi-Fi. The relaxation area includes a sauna, steam bath, salt room, infrared cabin and shock shower, alongside massage treatments booked at reception. It is a compact stay, built for skiers and mountain air rather than spectacle. Pets are welcome for an extra charge, so the four-legged members of the family need not stay behind. Check-in and the mountain itself set the rhythm here, in both winter snow and summer green.
