Hotel GUESTapart is an apartment hotel in Skejby, on the northern edge of Aarhus, a few minutes' walk from the light rail and a short ride from the university hospital. It opened in 2019 and now runs 86 apartments, each sized between 30 and 48 m². Every unit has its own kitchen with a dishwasher, oven and fridge, a double bed, and a B&O television and sound system. Bathrooms come stocked with proper towels and a hairdryer. Rooms vary by layout: some have a bay window with a wide sill for sitting, others spread over two floors or open onto a balcony. Guests can cook their own meals or order ready-made dishes through a partner kitchen, warmed up in the room or served in the restaurant. Breakfast is included and made from organic, largely local ingredients, served daily from a self-service buffet. A ground-floor fitness room and sauna run around the clock, and parking out front is free when booked direct. The hotel sits close to more than 150 neighbouring companies and to Aarhus University Hospital, which makes it a practical base for relatives visiting patients as much as for business travellers attending one of its meeting rooms, which hold up to 120 people. Aarhus city centre is about 15 minutes away by light rail.
