Crossing onto Kampa, a small island cut off from Malá Strana by the Čertovka canal, guests reach the hotel down a lane that runs past a working mill wheel. The building looks onto the canal or the square and garden that give the island its name. It is a short walk to Charles Bridge. Prague Castle, the Lichtenstein Palace and the Lennon Wall are all close by, and the route to Malostranské Square or up to Petřín hill makes an easy stroll from the door.

Rooms run from Superior doubles at 16 m² to a two-bedroom suite of 31 m², with three Premium doubles - Canopy, Kampa and Ship's Cabin - each fitted with a four-poster bed or cabin-style detailing at 28 m². All rooms carry a view of either the canal or the garden square. Breakfast is a buffet built from produce sourced from nearby farms and bakeries, served on a patio facing the mill wheel and the French Embassy gardens. In the afternoon, the lobby bar sets out tapas at no extra charge. The restaurant itself works in small plates rather than set courses, a modern turn on hotel dining. Check-in staff can also arrange private use of the restaurant for events.
