Hotel Paris Bastille Boutet-MGallery by Sofitel

Boutet Bastille is a hotel built from a factory. The building began as a timber business before becoming a chocolate works, and that industrial past still shapes the architecture and the details throughout. Rooms range from a 20 m2 superior with twin beds to a 40 m2 signature suite with its own terrace; several deluxe rooms and suites open onto private terraces with views over Paris rooftops. Each room carries a Nespresso machine, a JBL or Bluetooth dock, and two bottles of water on arrival. It is a compact set of fourteen accommodation types, no two quite alike. Downstairs, Le Bar du Boutet keeps the chocolate connection alive with a signature cocktail built on Citadelle Rouge gin and cacao bitters, served at the bar or on its terrace. Breakfast runs from a buffet room to an in-room service, with pastries, charcuterie and gluten-free options. Spa Codage occupies the lower floors, its walls tiled in white and blue glazed ceramic, with an indoor pool kept at 29°C, a sauna, a hammam and a small fitness room open around the clock. The hotel sits in the Bastille district, close enough to the Marais to walk. Parking is available onsite, by valet, for an extra charge.
