Set on Bitpazarska Street, on the eastern bank of the Vardar River, Hotel Premium stands between the Stone Bridge and the Old Bazaar, with Kale Fortress rising above. It is a four-star boutique hotel, opened in 2019. The Old Bazaar itself dates back centuries, its lanes running toward the Bit-Pazar market and the Serava river beyond. Rooms range from a standard double with balcony to a two-bedroom apartment and a suite with a hot tub, most fitted with air conditioning, a minibar and a flat-screen TV. The Premium Suite adds a marble-and-parquet bathroom with its own tub and a separate sitting room. It sleeps four. Breakfast is served at the rooftop restaurant, View, where the dining room looks out over the bazaar's rooftops and the fortress walls beyond. You can trace the Vardar's curve from the terrace while the market below fills with trade, much as it has for generations. Free private parking is available on site, useful in a quarter built long before cars. The hotel keeps things straightforward: no pets, breakfast included, and a front desk reachable around the clock. It is a compact base for exploring on foot, with the han of Suli An and the bazaar's stone lanes a short walk from the door.
