Hotel Regina Resort & Convenciones

Hotel Regina Resort & Convenciones is set on open ground twenty minutes outside Cochabamba, with the city and the surrounding mountains visible from most rooms. The property runs seventy-one rooms across its resort block and twelve separate bungalows, the largest built over two floors with their own pool, barbecue area and kitchen. Rooms carry king or queen beds, carpeted floors, a safe, and a 32-inch television with cable; several look out over the pools or the hills beyond. The Suite Ejecutiva adds a small sitting area suited to informal meetings, while the Suite Presidencial runs to 120 m². Bungalows sleep six to fourteen guests, depending on size, and include their own sound system and fridge. The grounds hold both an outdoor pool, heated through winter, and an indoor pool kept warm year-round, alongside a dry sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. There is a gym open around the clock, a games room, tennis courts and a children's playground. Meals run through Restaurant Magnolias or a poolside snack bar. You can hear little else at night than the pool filters and the odd car on the road into town. Breakfast is a buffet, included with every room type. It functions equally as a base for meetings and conventions and as a weekend stay for families from the city.
