Hotel Simfonia

Built up floor by floor around a set of distinct design themes, Simfonia Boutique Hotel occupies an address on Strada George Enescu in central Râmnicu Vâlcea. It is a four-star property with thirty-six rooms, and no two floors look alike. The first floor runs to classic furniture and straight, formal lines; the second turns Mediterranean, with white and blue tones and wide windows; the third goes modern, with bolder colour and white furniture that catches the light. It is a compact stay. Rooms range from a 25 m² Deluxe King to a 65 m² Oriental Penthouse on the fourth floor, the latter finished in reds, browns and tans and furnished with pieces brought from Asia. Most rooms carry air conditioning, a desk, a mini bar and bathrobes as standard, and several have balconies or a mountain view over the town. Guests staying in the penthouse get free access to the fitness room and sauna on the same floor, along with an in-room Nespresso machine and Romanian mineral water. Downstairs, the restaurant looks out over the city in a panoramic view that takes in the surrounding hills. The hotel sits within walking distance of the town centre, in the foothills of the Carpathians, and functions equally for business stopovers and weekend visits.
