Hotel SO Sofitel Hua Hin

Built as Sofitel's playful sister brand on Cha-Am's stretch of the Gulf of Thailand, SO/ Sofitel Hua Hin trades the parent group's classic register for something brighter. Bold geometric architecture and artwork-lined corridors set the tone from arrival. The property holds 100 rooms and eight villas, roughly a 2.5-hour drive south of Bangkok and about 30 minutes short of Hua Hin's centre. Rooms run from the 56 m² SO Studio to two-bedroom pool villas of 260 m², each with a private plunge pool sized 3 by 9 metres. The Two-Bedroom SO Beachfront Pool Villa adds a private cabana and direct beach access, its living spaces lit through floor-to-ceiling windows. Three restaurants anchor the food side: Beach Society for seafood and Italian by the shore, White Oven for all-day Thai and international dishes, and SO Sundae by the pool. Families get a dedicated Kids Tent and a 60 m Wibit floating obstacle course in the Signature Pool. It is a design hotel with a beach attached. Cycling routes run along the coast toward Tanod Noi Beach, and the fisherman market nearby supplies the kitchens directly.
