Hotel Tamacá Beach Resort

El Rodadero bay fronts the hotel directly, its curve of sand reachable in a few steps from the lobby. Rooms and suites face the water, most with balconies or terraces looking over the bay toward the hills that ring it. The Suite runs to 170 m² with a king bed and a private terrace; the Junior Suite occupies the top floor with a separate sitting room. All rooms carry air conditioning, satellite TV and a minibar; suites add a safe and telephone. A pool, ringed by palms with a sundeck, sits between the rooms and the beach, open to both adults and children. Meals run at a restaurant serving local and international dishes, with a separate bar and ceviche counter by the water. Guests can also book snorkelling trips, boat rides and excursions to Tayrona National Park nearby. The hotel keeps a beauty salon on site and free WiFi throughout. A ballroom seats up to 300 for conferences or weddings, the largest of four event spaces. It is a working beach hotel, not a boutique one, built for families, couples and groups alike. Parking is free and secure. After more than six decades on the same shoreline, it remains a fixture of El Rodadero rather than a recent arrival.
