Raised over the Raška river in the centre of Novi Pazar, Hotel Vrbak has marked the city's skyline since 1976. The building sits on Isa Bega Isakovića square, steps from the old bazaar, its rampart tower, the Hamam, and several mosques that form a ring of protected heritage around the hotel. A full reconstruction under new ownership in 2019 restored the property and modernised its rooms. It holds 59 units across three floors, in single, double, deluxe double, and apartment categories, each with a private bathroom, LCD TV, minibar, phone, and Wi-Fi. Beds use a 32cm memory-foam mattress and hypoallergenic bedding; rooms open with an electronic key and keep a digital safe. Windows open onto the square and the rooftops beyond. You can watch the Raška run beneath the terrace from the restaurant, which looks out over the square, the rampart, and the watchtower. The hotel runs three conference rooms, with total capacity ranging from 20 to 700 depending on layout, alongside an a la carte restaurant serving international dishes. Free parking sits within the grounds, with more than 50 spaces, and a public car park with over 1,000 spaces stands by the second entrance. A free open-air recreation ground, with a summer pool, basketball and volleyball courts, and a football pitch, lies about 50 metres away. An EV charger runs on site around the clock.
