Hôtel Botaniste

Built across two houses, Maison Molitor and Maison Boileau, Hôtel Botaniste turns its back on the noise of central Paris and faces instead onto private gardens. It sits in Auteuil, on the quieter southern edge of the 16th arrondissement, near the Bois de Boulogne and the Serres d'Auteuil. Rooms run from a compact 11.8 m² up to La Grande Hibiscus, the largest in the house, set on the top floor of Maison Molitor with its own balcony. Furnishings favour linen and velvet, with floral wallpaper and framed herbariums giving the interiors a domestic, almost countryside feel. Every room carries a minibar, air conditioning and a Nespresso machine; some Confort and Privilège rooms add a private balcony over the garden. Family rooms connect two bedrooms and sleep up to four. In summer, the Bar Arrosé opens daily in the hotel's garden, serving cocktails, wine and shared plates under the trees to guests and neighbourhood regulars alike. It is open without reservation. Breakfast draws on local produce, served each morning alongside a stocked honesty bar. The overall register is boutique rather than grand: a hotel built to feel lived-in, close to Roland Garros and Parc des Princes, yet screened from the city by its own greenery.
