Hôtel Sarakawa
Beachfront hotel in Lomé set within a landscaped park with direct beach access
Mercure Lome Sarakawa is a beachfront property on the Boulevard du Mono, set within a landscaped park between the road and the shore. The hotel groups its rooms and suites around gardens and a swimming pool ringed by coconut palms, with a fitness trail cut through the grounds for a walk or a run. Rooms range from a Standard with a city view to a Deluxe, each with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, television and a minibar. Guests can reach the sand directly from the grounds, without crossing a public road. The pool is described as one of the largest in the region, and sits beside a bar for a drink after a swim. A gym on the mezzanine looks out to the sea, with cardio and weights areas plus a massage room. Tennis courts run day and evening, with a coach and ball-boys available on request. Dining spans a gastronomic restaurant, a poolside restaurant, a snack bar and a lounge bar, each drawing on local and international dishes. For groups, the hotel holds eight meeting rooms totalling 620 m² of air-conditioned space, plus outdoor venues in the park and by the pool for larger gatherings. It is built for both business stays and holidays alike.
