A floor-heated hideaway on Gunam-ro, steps from Haeundae Beach
Skip to product information
Warmed by underfloor ondol heating in every room, D.OV Haeundae Hotel keeps its interiors plain and functional rather than showy. Rooms run from 28 to 37 square metres, each with a balcony or terrace, a flat-screen television, air conditioning, and a queen bed; none has a bathtub, and views vary by floor and room type. Check-in is contactless. A code and room number arrive by text on arrival day, and departure works the same way, without a desk visit required. Staff keep a desk on the thirty-fourth floor for luggage or questions. The hotel sits on Gunam-ro, a street known locally for its energy, within walking distance of Haeundae station, the beach, and the intercity bus terminal. It is a compact stay, built for guests who want a bed near the sand rather than a lobby to linger in. Parking is available in a mechanical garage under the building, sized for up to 180 cars, though electric vehicles over a certain weight and larger vans are excluded from the tower slots. Breakfast service was not running at time of writing, with plans to add it in 2025.
