Ikogosi Warm Springs Resort
Ikogosi, in the hills of Ekiti State, has long been known for a single geological quirk: a warm spring and a cold spring rise close together and run into one, each keeping its own temperature past the point where they join. The resort was built around that confluence, and it remains the reason the place exists at all. Rooms range from the Deluxe Standard, with a king bed and en-suite bathroom, up through the Executive Suite and Presidential Lodge, both fitted with two bedrooms, a shared living room and garden views. The Luxury Villa runs to 124 square metres over two bedrooms; the Presidential Villa, at 320 square metres, adds a butler and its own outdoor patio. Four restaurants and two revolving cocktail bars serve the grounds, alongside a treehouse bar set beside the tallest tree in the resort's forest park. Guests can walk marked trails through the surrounding hills, camp in the protected forest, or sit by the pool bar near the thermal swimming pool. It is a short journey in regional terms. Akure Airport lies fifty minutes away by road, and Lagos is roughly four hours by car. Armed security patrols the grounds around the clock. The spa uses the springs' own mineral water in its treatments, tying the wellness offer directly back to the confluence that gave the resort its name.
