Jacob’s Cave Suites
Carved into the stone of Çavuşin, an old Greek village inside Göreme National Park, Jacob's Cave Suites occupies two houses rebuilt from their original rock walls and arches. Eight rooms sit in the cave section on the first floor, set around the garden. Four stone arched rooms with higher ceilings occupy the floor above. Most suites open onto a private veranda or balcony facing Cavusin Castle, and several pair a Turkish bath with a hot tub or jacuzzi. Mornings bring a fixed backdrop: hot air balloons rising over the valley at sunrise, visible from bed in some rooms. Reception will wake guests for it on request. The Premium Deluxe Cave Suite adds a curved veranda and its own bath and jacuzzi under a vaulted stone ceiling. The Family Suite splits into two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a connecting layout, built with Ottoman-style timber ceilings over the stone. Rose Valley and Red Valley start on foot nearby. It is a short drive to Göreme's open-air museum. Breakfast is organic and included, served each morning with a regional slant. Free parking and a 24-hour desk round out the basics, and the nearest airports, Kayseri and Nevşehir, run about an hour away by car.
