Jao Camp – Game Drives

Morning and afternoon drives head out from Jao Camp in open-sided 4x4 vehicles, covering ground that shifts between flooded plains, waterways, woodland and dry islands. That range of terrain draws a wide mix of animals and birds, and an experienced guide reads the day's conditions to decide where to head and what to follow. No two outings run the same route. Villa guests at Jao have their own vehicle and guide, allowing a private pace. As with any wildlife outing, sightings depend on weather, road conditions and the animals themselves, and cannot be promised.
