Meru tents in mangosteen forest, overlooking the Kwando River
Skip to product information
One of thirteen Meru tents set within a mangosteen forest on a private island, reachable only by boat. Each tent has two three-quarter beds under mosquito nets, an en-suite bathroom with shower, and a private wooden deck facing the Kwando River or the floodplains beyond, where buffalo and elephant pass and sitatunga are sometimes seen. Rooms include a laptop safe, tea and coffee facilities, a fan, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Cotton linen and bath towels are provided. From the deck, you watch birds and, at times, hippos in the water below. The lodge sits inside Bwabwata National Park, within the wider Kwando region of Namibia's Zambezi.
