Kragerup Estate

Kragerup Gods is a moated manor turned country hotel on farmland outside Ruds-Vedby, in West Zealand. Records trace the estate to 1327, and the ninth generation of the Dinesen family now runs it. Guest rooms sit in the main building, furnished plainly with a flat-screen TV, tea and coffee facilities and a desk. Six shelters stand in a separate cluster around a shared fire pit, fitted with mosquito nets, electricity and Wi-Fi, and grouped near a covered dining table. In summer, diners can watch the park from the terrace. Beyond the dining room, the grounds hold a climbing park that rises 28 metres into the tree canopy, a treetop trampoline park opened in 2019, and an 18-hole football-golf course. A moat rings the manor. Guests can paddle a canoe around it under their own effort. There is also a pool and a sauna on site. It is a working country address, not a themed resort, and the activity park runs on a seasonal schedule that closes over winter.
